Analog Devices anounced an 8×8 analog crosspoint switch matrix today. The large signal bandwidth of the crosspoint is 750 MHz, that is 2V p-p at 750MHz and can achieve 200mV p-p at 1200 MHz. The output buffers can be placed into a high impedance state. The slew rate of the device is 2500 V/us. This device comes standard with a gain of 1, but there is a partnumber option that has a gain of 2. The devices runs on -5V.
