TEMPERATURE_COMPENSATED_MILLIVOLT_REFERENCE
Two identical diodes are used to derive a temperature -compensated voltage across R2. Select two diodes of the same manufacture with, for example, 10-mV difference in forward drop at the same current. Then the output will be compensated because both diodes will very likely have the same temperature coefficient (they are of identical manufacture).
