SCR1 has no trigger current, being in the off state. And the red signal ZD light does not shine. When in the night, photoelectric switch is in the on state. The oscillator circuit composed by IC and other components opens to work. Ultra-low frequency rectangular pulse is output by the IC constantly. SCR2 opens under this high pulse conduction and closes in the low level. As a result, the twinkling lights can be seen.
