This circuit use a simple switcher to invert a voltage, generating a positive output voltage from a negative input voltage.  it only need about 200ma of output current and my desired output voltage is +5v with a -16V input voltage. For Q1 transistor you can use MMBT3906 and for the op-amp you could use LM741.MMBT3906 For Q1 transistor you can use MMBT3906 and for the op-amp you could use LM741.

This MMBT3906 is designed for general purpose amplifier and switching applications at collector currents of 10 mA to 100 mA.

MMBT3906 Features

• Collector-Emitter Voltage: VCEO=40V

• Collector Dissipation: PC(MAX)=350mW

• Complementary to MMBT3904

 MMBT3906 Applications

• Well Suitable for Portable Equipment

• Small Load Switch Transistor with High Gain and Low Saturation Voltage
