Other features include guaranteed ± 4% tolerance on output voltage within specified input voltages and output load conditions, and ± 10% in the oscillator frequency. External shutdown is included, featuring 50 μA (typical) standby current. Output switch includes cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown for full protection under fault conditions. The LM2575 regulator is a series of monolithic integrated circuits that provide all the active functions for step-down (buck) switching regulator, capable of driving a 1A load lines very well and load regulation. The tool is available in fixed output voltage 3.3V, 5V, 12V, 15V, and output versions can be arranged.
