Economic radar detector Principle
Here are brief introduction of economic principles of radar detectors. Please understand text combined with schematics. This circuit uses a 1458 pairs of op amp to form a radar detector. C1 is the radar signal detector. The first op-amp forms a current - voltage converter and the second op-amp buffers the output to drive the piezoelectric transducer . R5 set the switching threshold of the second op-amp; usually it has been adjusted trigger circuit is almost no background noise, then it's back a little. The circuit can be tuned response to adjust the length of leadership in C1. Road typical radar systems, the input capacitor should be about 0.5 to about leadership 0.6 in. The principle is simple and very helpful.
