A multivibrator is an electronic circuit used to implement a variety of simple two-state systems such as oscillators, timers and flip-flops. Quiescent current is negligible.The output at the collector of Q2 can also be fed into an amplifier input via a electrolytic, in series with a 12k resistor.A ship gives warning with a loud fog horn.
