Cellular service machine 2 machine (M2M) applications can extend further and into more places using Wilson Electronics wireless repeaters. A typical cellular receiver has a receiver sensitivity down to about -105dBM. Wilson devices extend that down to -111dBm. Additionally, an external antenna will often have a higher gain than a small cellular antenna, further increasing the ability of the M2M devices to maintain a connection to the cellular system.

M2M devices located inside of a warehouse or building may have difficulty picking up a cellular signal. Wilson repeaters can be used to bring a cellular signal from outside into the building enabling communications even in shielded areas.
